We believe in preparation and through teaching Sunday School teachers we can reach multitudes of kids and teens.

Here in San Pedro de Macoris, we have a wide range of community & Christian mission’s opportunities. We can partner your team with the local Church, governmental and community organizations and with them coordinate all the local logistics of providing a customized outreach suitable for you and your team.

The big vision

Malcolm & Yanet Taylor, founded YWAM Series 23 in response to a call from God for the people of San Pedro de Macoris. That calling, is to bring restoration and the love of Christ through mission’s service with a focus on ministering to couples and families. To date more than 300 families have received homes through the Homes of Hope program and 700 couples have received valuable marriage counseling.

Over the past few years, the need for this type of ministry has grown. Today, more than ever, couples need counseling, parents need coaching, teenagers need teaching about purity, young couples need premarital advice and so on. Our vision is to see a city center-based facility, a 'Center for Family Restoration', where we can have a classroom for our different courses (marriage courses, pre-marital courses, parental courses, etc.), counseling rooms, a TV studio for production of video materials & live programming, ministry office and to be a future facility where we can receive visiting teams.

Through your support we will be able to:

• Equip our local volunteers through teaching and service opportunities.

• Homes of Hope – building houses for needy families through the use of local volunteers or visiting teams.

• Counseling Services: to be counseling troubled teens, singles and couples.

• Conferences – to be able to run annual conferences with focuses ranging from missions, evangelism, family, parenting and marriages.

• Seminars & Courses – to be able to run marriage and parenting courses

• Ministry – to be able to coordinate and facilitate weekly and monthly ministry opportunities into the local communities.

• TV and media – to have a fully equipped TV and media studio for producing live and recorded programs.
